Yuuto Sakurai, a 19-year-old high school failure, spends his days devouring wish-fulfillment stories. One night, he stumbles across yet another “LHS” novel-where the protagonist is insanely overpowered but insists on acting like a weakling. His needless self-sabotage ruins his image, social life, hurts those around him, all because it’s the so-called “right thing to do.” Frustrated, Yuuto burns the book, cursing its stupidity, and goes to bed.
